If you believe you've found a lower rate for the same room type, dates, and terms and conditions on a third-party website, you can submit a claim by filling out our online claim form. Please ensure that you have all the necessary evidence to support your claim and that you submit your claim within 24 hours of making your reservation. We'll review your claim and notify you of the outcome within 24-72 hours.
